The Windows app opens the till in full screen, runs the printer bridge inside and starts automatically when the computer turns on. On Android and iPhone the app is added to the home screen; waiters and managers use the same account.
The app lets you know when a new version is out. When the internet drops, the floor and menu open as last seen, and orders are queued on the device and sent once the connection returns.
